A Few Thoughts on VOLUNTEERISM . . .

Did you make a New Year's resolution to help the Knights more this year?  If so, it will be easy to keep it, as it only takes 24 hours to keep your resolution for the whole year.

There are 8,760 hours in a year. By giving the Knights of Columbus 24 of those hours, a man can become  a better Catholic, father, husband and person.

12 hours a year working with your council on charitable projects for our Church and community.

4 hours a year attending just 4 of the 12 council meetings (held the 2nd Tuesday of every month).

4 hours a year participating with your family in our group Corporate Communions at St. Mary Church.

3 hours a year (15 minutes per month) reading the Knights’ magazine - Columbia.

1 hour a year meeting with your K of C insurance agent (Todd Diffenderfer) for a free analysis of your family’s insurance needs, and to learn about our exclusive, top-rated programs available only to members and their families.

Do you have time to spare 24 hours with your fellow Knights?  That’s less than 30 minutes a week!
